Yes, that is my working theory.
Does your Kelec app return any of the static data (e.g. VIN, contracts)? Or does it only provide the dynamic data e.g. range, charge level, HVAC interaction? If the latter it may be that Kelec only goes to the Kamereon server (which I don't seem to be linking to) and not the Gigya server which I am linking to. Apparently the Renault process is to connect to Gigya first to get the VIN and from there take the VIN to Kamereon to get the live data. I note that Kelec connects via the VIN number so it maybe goes directly to Kamereon hence the error message I'm getting.

The Renault app updated last night on my iPhone and now I can’t log in. Keeps saying ‘error’. I can log in online so wondering if this is an IOS issue not a Renault one. Anyone finding the same?

It is a IOS issue only. Some have had success shutting down the app, fully power down the phone, power up and open the app again

I had done that this morning but didn’t work. Just done it again now and it worked. Thanks
I have the exact same issue. Have been posting to WhatsApp support and they say they’re investigating but no luck so far. From what I’ve been told in the Facebook groups, our cars aren’t properly registered to the severs. It seems we are connected to the one server but not the other, and it seems there’s nothing we can do but wait and keep reaching out annoyingly.
I have had this problem fixed. I phoned the Renault media team who resolved it quite quickly. My guess is that my VIN was created in the servers during a server crash and it only got half-implemented as a result i.e. the VIN was created on Gigya but not on Kamereon. Renault have not told what they did but I guess they populated a missing record in a table.

Glad it is now fixed for you but does anyone else keep having the same issue as me. So, every couple of weeks the app seems to kick my car off it saying I need the data sharing has not been accepted. I have to go into my car and accept it through my profile, then the car appears back on the app. I mean this isn’t the end of the world but it is always when I plug in for a charge and it stops the car from charging. Only got 3% on it over night and 100% it’s down to this as it’s done it before when the app has knocked the car off. So frustrating.

It can be flakier than a Cadburys flake lying on snowflakes...mine occasionally needs privacy accepted again...data sharing again....hotspot again. I don't know if it's related to app update etc. but I just shrug my shoulders and accept it. It did it once on an overnight charge
which I discovered at 1am....jacket on, shoes on and into car unplug..accept terms and plug back in then back to bed

It’s ridiculous that when it does this it stops a charge. The car still has a programme, so it shouldn’t have any impact! Mines going in next month for an annoying cracking/knocking sound coming from the n/s rear quarter panel. Sounds like loose trim but just can’t seem to isolate it, anyway, will mention this when it goes in but I imagine I will be met with blank faces!
