Thanks for the replies, tried charging on a lamp post socket today and..... nothing! Pretty sure I have tried all the different methods mentioned on the thread but will give your method a go tonight scenicroute. Car programme set dynamic charge off and will plug in later this evening.....
Scenicroute are you on the intelligent go tariff?
Will update tomorrow........

All I have done is make sure the charging programme is scheduled to start between 00:00 - 05:00 everyday. This means the car won’t allow charging from my Ohme unless I force a ‘max charge’. However, even then I had to knock the scheduling off in my wife’s Megane to do a max charge the other day as she forgot to charge over night. I think that’s what you mean.

So set a programme in the car to start at 12.30am plugged the car in at 10.30pm and selected max charge on the ohme app and this morning......... nothing!!!!
The ohme box was showing 0.0A once I did all of the above is this normal?
Going to call ohme at some point this week to see if there is an issue with the box.....

Are you getting the solid blue light when you plug in to indicate the car knows it has a scheduled charge? If it’s flashing white when you plug in then it’s not going work. I would be surprised if it’s the Ohme’s fault, in my experience it’s always been the car that dictates if it’s going to charge or not.

Hi Scenicroute, yep blue light comes on when I plug in but shortly after it turns white. The ohme app says charging but car doesn't charge. When I go into the renault app and click charge now it tries to do so but then changes to shoe plugged in.

Found this on FB which was posted by Renault 2 days ago…

Good morning, we are pleased to advise that Renault and Ohme have worked together and completed the testing of the Scenic E-Tech. As a result, the Scenic E-Tech now responds as it should during delayed charging on Ohme chargers and this should also resolve any issues on other charging posts. Our dealers have been provided with the necessary information to complete the software update, so if you would like to book your car in, please contact them directly. The update should take approx. 1 hour. Thank you.

Somebody asked if it could be done OTA and the answer is NO
