That sounds about right I've had my car since September with ohme charger and I've been trying to get the smart charging issue fixed since then it's a joke

On phone to renault twice today once to multimedia team thay don't fix the issue told to call customer service team called them and hay presto there is a fix so I've got car booked in on the 3rd March at dealers fingers crossed

I had to go through renault uk customer care team thay contacted my dealer it's taken me four months to get this far

All I can say at the moment is thay called the dealer I don't know exactly what was said

Mine stopped charging last night. Was changing from midnight but woke at 02.30 and checked it and it had stopped and the app had knocked my car off saying I needed to update my data settings through the car, so I imagine either car or app had an update last night. It’s poor something like that knocks your charging off!
